Refund and Cancellation Policy

Please see detailed refund and cancellation policies below. I do not accept returns but will be happy to help you resolve any issues you may have with your order!

Refund policy:

The refund and return policy for items ordered from Sweets by Stefanee is as follows: Refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, I can’t offer you a refund. I do not accept returns. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and wish to request a refund, please contact me via email at hello@sweetsbystefanee.com. Make sure to include the reason you are unsatisfied as well as your order number. Allow up to 24 hours for a response.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, you must notify me 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time in order to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are only eligible for a 50% refund. If you fail to pickup your order within 4 days of the scheduled pickup time and do not provide notice of cancellation, no refund will be given.

Please remember, these items are perishable. Most will maintain their freshness for 4-7 days once they are prepared. I prepare each order as close to the pickup time as possible, so if you need to reschedule your pickup with less than 24 hours notice the rescheduled time must be within that timeframe of 4-7 days from the original scheduled pickup date.

Custom cake orders are only eligible for a 50% refund. There is a 50% non refundable deposit required on these orders. See Cakes page for details on the custom cake order process.
